Hi, I'm Patricia! A registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) and wellness coach on a mission to help ambitious women avoid burnout and thrive.
My own experience with burnout inspired me to write my award-winning book, From Burnout to Balance, which combines practical health advice with healing recipes.
