Hi there, I’m Patricia!

I'm a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) and wellness coach on a mission to empower ambitious women to avoid burnout and thrive.

Having experienced burnout myself, I understand the struggle of balancing work, family, and personal well-being. My journey inspired my award-winning book, From Burnout to Balance, blending health guidance with healing recipes.

Today, my goal is to help you create a life that enhances overall wellness, while seemingly taking less time and energy. This vision led to the creation of Wellness Intelligence™.
